Quality Management Handbook
Description: A QM handbook describes detailed processes and procedures within a company to ensure that quality standards are met. These processes need to be regularly updated and reviewed.
Application:
Central Management: Processes are created, managed, and go through an approval process centrally to ensure they meet quality standards.
Excerpts: After approval, the processes are embedded as excerpts into the relevant areas and departments.
Timeliness: Any changes to the central process document are automatically updated on all pages using the excerpt. This ensures that all departments always use the most current and audit-ready content.
