Include Content Assets into Pages/Blogs - MultiExcerpt include Macro

Content Permission:
Always check the permissions of the Multiexcerpt source.
User based page/blog/space permission are being checked by the plugin. This means that depending on the restrictions of the Multiexcerpt Source, some users might not be able to see the included content based on their specific permissions

1.) Create a page (or edit an existing page) into which you want to include your Multiexcerpt content asset.
2.) Type / or click the + icon type MultiExcerpt include

3.) Select MultiExcerpt include Macro and click insert to include it into your page.
4.) The macro configuration gives you an overview of the existing content assets you can include into your page.
4.1) Search On the left side you will find the search: Search for the name of the Multiexcerpt content asset you want to use. The filter list on the right adjusts the results accordingly

4.2) Filter As additional Option you can use the Filters on the left side underneath the search field.

The Space filter gives you the option to narrow down the MultiExcerpt Asset search to specific spaces
The Category filter gives you the option to only search within specific MultiExcerpt categories
These filters can either help you to narrow down your specific search results if you are looking for a specific Content Asset or to get an overview of available content assets within specific structures or topic categories.
4.3) Boylayout If you want to highlight or or mark the Multiexcerpt include content within your page, you can activate the checkbox.

It puts the content into a box layout which gives it a background color you can define via a color picker field.

5.) click insert to add it into your page
6.) If the position within the page is right, click publish to save and publish the page with your chosen content Asset.
