Introduction

The Multiexcerpt assetmanagement plugin provides the possibility to create and manage content assets in one central location and manage the inclusion of these assets in different spaces with different context.

This way of managing and organizing content makes sure the important contents are always up to date and are being constantly monitored and managed from one central source.

You create the Source of information as a content asset in a central managed and administrated Space (these can be different spaces for different departments or organized through other organizational as well as topic based structures)

These content asset are being individually named and categorized to make them easy to access and work with in various other contents and contexts.

A content asset can now be updated only in the source asset and automatically all other contents it is being used in are being synchronized and updated without having to edit them individually.
